Following on the fiery protest in Bagatelle, the Police Complaints Commission has been investigating the mysterious shooting of 14-year-old Hakeem Cabrera.

Unfortunately: 

NO one has been able to confirm police were involved in the shooting of Bagatelle teenager Hakeem Cabrera, the Police Complaints Authority (PCA) stated in a release yesterday.

Cabrera, a pupil of the Mucurapo West Secondary School, was shot while standing outside his family’s home on Wednesday.

Cabrera, who celebrated his 14th birthday on Wednesday, told investigators he was not sure who shot him.

What a mess.
